Left Hook was founded in 1992 by Enzo Giordano, a former professional boxer who wanted to give East London a proper boxing home. More than three decades later, under the leadership of Enzo and Oner Avara, the gym remains what it always was — a place where anyone who wants to work hard is welcome. No ego. No shortcuts. Just boxing.
